Be Hardy Fit, LLC will be attending a free Farmer’s Market event that is presented and hosted by Wider Circle, a neighborhood-based health organization that empowers members of the same community to live happier, healthier lives. Monthly, this organization hosts many different health & wellness seminars & activities for the Charlotte community for Ameri-Health Caritas NC. For this event, community participants will be learning how to juice fruits & vegetables. Participants will also be given information as it relates to the benefits of juicing & how to make different recipes!
