Be Hardy Fit, LLC will be attending another Family Night that is presented and hosted by Wider Circle, a neighborhood-based health organization that empowers members of the same community to live happier, healthier lives. Monthly, this organization hosts many different health & wellness seminars & activities for the Charlotte community for Ameri-Health Caritas NC. For this month, we will be taking the time to honor & celebrate our moms at Freedom Park in Charlotte, NC!
