This is a FREE life coaching consultation for those who are interesting in seeking life coaching.
There is a life coaching session(s) interest form for participants to fill out. This gives out your information for contact and a formal assessment to determine if life coaching services are applicable to you.
Once you fill out the necessary forms provided, you will receive an email with a zoom invite to jump start your consultation with your preferred date and time of choice.
30 Minute Life Coaching Session(s)
This is a Life or Health (Wellness) Coaching session where the client and the coach meet for 30 minutes on a Zoom class or In-Person. Client must use the scheduling app below to pay for their sessions on scheduled date with the Coach.
Before paying for any life coaching sessions, client consultations must be completed.
The Client & Coach Agreement form must also be signed and returned via email. Please use the scheduling template below to create your appointment.
45 Minute Life Coaching Session(s)
This is a Life or Health (Wellness) Coaching session where the client and the coach meet for 45 minutes on a Zoom class or In-Person. Client must use the scheduling app below to pay for their sessions on scheduled date with the Coach.
