Be Hardy Fit, LLC will be attending another Family Night that is presented and hosted by Wider Circle, a neighborhood-based health organization that empowers members of the same community to live happier, healthier lives. Monthly, this organization hosts many different health & wellness seminars & activities for the Charlotte community for Ameri-Health Caritas NC. It is a super honor to be invited to help present fun & healthful activities while still educating the community!
